Anyone can learn to play almost immediately, you just bounce and throw the ball through the hoop. The object of the game is to throw the ball through the basket in such a way as to make your opponent drop the ball. Players can time their bouncing and throwing to offset their opponent's ability to catch the ball. It combines many volleyball and basketball skills, with the added thrill of the trampoline.
